With two options you can choose Envialia shipping 72hrs delivery at a price of 6.99 € or delivery within 24 hrs at a price of 9.99 €. Note: For shipping consult Bicycle. The ships in 24Hrs are subject to product availability at the time of order, if no stock may delay the shipment, always open a warning and the arrival of the product in question and would leave by the contracted service.

DELIVERY TIME:

+ The delivery time will vary from 24 to 72 hours depending on the shipping option that you have chosen. In all cases it will count from the moment that we confirm your payment if you made it by transference or Credit Card. If your order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will deliver it on the next working day.

+ If you choose the Mail as the delivery option it will be sent to you by Blue Packaging or Certificate Letter and the period will be 3 or 4 days approximately. Otherwise, it will be sent by an agency and will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

+ The delivery charge within the 24 hours is € 9.95 within the Iberian Peninsula for orders that do not exceed the 5 kg.

+ The delivery charge for the payment option Postage Refund has a surcharge of 3,5 euros.

+ The bikes and frames shipping are a customer responsibility to pay:

+ The shipping of any product to a different destiny from Spain should be paid by the customer. In this case, the payment of the item could be done only by Bank Transference or Visa.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE AND SECURITY:

BIKEADDICT guarantees their customers the shipping and handling, putting aside any inconvenient that could happen to the couriers, this is, if a customer does not receive a delivery product within 15 working days. MAKE A CHANGE
It's easy, just follow the following guidelines:
a) send an e-mail with the item you wish to change the article and ask to change. Tell us the reasons for change or refund. If the return or exchange an error was caused by our services, we will refund the postage suppose you send us your package.
